Edifier® Technology Company, Ltd began in 1996 as a small national company established in Beijing, China with initial focus in the China domestic market.  Edifier has now grown into a major international organization, expanding its operations into North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific regions. Currently having sales offices in Canada, Hong Kong, China, Australia and Argentina with product R&D and strategic design in Vancouver, Canada and Beijing, China.

A vertically structured and integrated company, Edifier undertakes in-house R&D, product design, tooling and plastic injection, printed circuit board production (PCB), design and assembly, wood cabinet assembly, silk screen printing, transducer (speaker) design and assembly, final assembly for all Edifier branded products.  Edifier operates its two solely owned manufacturing facilities, which provide in excel of 8 million audio units manufactured and distributed around the world per year.  Headquartered in the Shenzhen manufacturing corridor located in Southern China, Edifier tenaciously keeps a small environmental footprint by using treated residential waste water for gardening and road cleaning; recycling 1-2 tons of plastic each day, using biological liquid processing to reduce fume emissions, using only LED and T5 lighting in office and manufacturing, solar paneling for water heating, and refuses to work with suppliers who are NOT environmentally friendly.
